After completing one of the initial coaching packages outlined below, clients may continue on a session by session basis.
4 x 50 minute sessions (weekly or fortnightly) = £150 (payable in 2 installments).
6 x 50 minute sessions (weekly or fortnightly) = £220 (payable in 2 installments).
Coaching to achieve a time-limited specific goal (e.g. fulfill a deadline, fitness training, diet) – 1 x 50 minute session, followed by 6 x 30 minute session = £200
Walking coaching is in South Parks, University Parks or Christ Church, Oxford.
